Dimension is a descriptive value or a characteristic of data, i.e. it describes the data. Some examples of dimensions are: color=red, temperature=hot, city=Houston.

You will not be able to update the charts. The chart images will remain in your spreadsheets.

It describes a characteristic or a category of data. It takes on values that are names or labels. Categorical data is also called qualitative data.

It is in the form of numbers and is numeric in nature. It can be counted or measured, and can be arranged in a logical order.

This issue occurs when a user's account is not added in the Azure AD (active directory). The account can be synchronized through Azure AD connect server. This is an administrative task and can be done by company administrator who has access to Azure AD connect server.
