Chart export

Excel Desktop for Windows:

Right click on chart and click on ‘Save Picture As’.

Excel Desktop for MAC:

Please click on ‘i’ icon available in top right corner of the add-in.
This will open a menu.
Choose ‘Show As Saved Image’ option from the menu and copy it.

Please note that chart export options are
limited in Excel Desktop. For more export
choices, consider using "Excel for the web"
(which is free)

Please follow these steps:

Launch "Excel for the web".
Install the ChartExpo add-in.
Sign in to the ChartExpo add-in using your
existing Excel Desktop email account.

How to Buy ChartExpo with PayPal?

Step 1: Copy the following link.

Experiencing issues with the "Export Chart" feature?

Here are 3 solutions:

1.Reload the Add-in:

Click "Reload Add-in" button.
Export chart after reload.

2.Referesh Browser:

Referesh browser to reload the add-in.
Export chart after referesh.

3.Delete and Re--Add the Add-in:

Removeadd-in from the spreadsheet.
Re-add the add-in.
Export chart after re-add.

Accessing your download files: A simple guide

Step 1: Click on the "Menu" icon. (Icon may vary across browsers)

Step 2: Access Downloads: Click on the "Downloads" Link in the Menu

Step 3: A new tab/window or dialog will open in Your Browser,
Navigate to the Downloads List, and Click the"Show in
Folder" Icon or button (varies across browsers)

Step 2: Click on the "Settings" Link in the Menu

Step 3: Look for the Download Location Section under downloads
and You can change the download location path by clicking
on the "Change" or "Browse" button

Step 3: Look for "Ask for download location every time"(varies
across browsers), and enable or click on that button, it

Here're the steps to create a chart with data:

Select a chart – select a chart from the list, or use the search box

Learn/explore following chart settings

Select sheet name (i.e. the sheet that contains the data for the chart)
Identify header row (i.e. the row that contains the column names)
Select sheet column(s) for metric(s)
Select sheet column(s) for dimension(s)
Select sheet rows (i.e. the data for the chart)

Click “Create Chart” button – to create the chart (remember to click this button to create the chart)
